承担《数字电路与逻辑设计》、《电路分析》、《电路分析实验》《大学物理》、《光电材料与器件》、《液晶材料制备与特性测试》等多门本科课程的教学工作。指导学生参加重庆市大学生物理创新竞赛等获奖多项,立项重庆市研究生科研创新项目等。

主要从事新型柔性传感材料与器件、功率半导体器件封装及可靠性等研究。主持重庆市教委科学技术研究青年项目、老虎机
